Modern DevTools marketing sites built with Astro (Starlight), SvelteKit, or Remix frequently ship static docs alongside SSR marketing routes without exposing root-level /pricing.md or /.well-known/mcp.json, or accidentally rewrite dot-prefixed /.well-known/* paths to HTML 404 shells.
